    By purchasing this instrumental album, you (“the Purchaser”) are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the instrumentals under the conditions described below.

    2. Permitted Uses

    The instrumentals may only be used for the following purposes:

    • Music recording (e.g., vocals or additional instrumentation added for personal or promotional projects).

    • Social media content (e.g., background music for videos, reels, posts, etc.).

    • Promotional use (e.g., demos, showcases, or non-commercial campaigns).

    3. Restrictions

    The Purchaser may not:

    • Distribute, resell, or sublicense the instrumentals in their original form.

    • Use the instrumentals for commercial release, broadcast, synchronisation (e.g., film, TV, advertising), live performances, or monetised streaming without obtaining a Master License.

    • Claim ownership or authorship of the instrumentals in any form.

    4. Master Licensing

    If you wish to use the instrumentals for commercial purposes (including but not limited to official releases, monetised content, sync licensing, or broadcast), you must obtain a Master License.

    6. Termination

    Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will result in an immediate termination of your license, and you may be subject to legal action for unauthorised use.

    7. Governing Law

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
